Delivery of goods

Product guarantees
13.1. The warranty period for the product is indicated in the product passport.
13.2. The buyer has the right to return the goods of proper quality if they were not in use, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a document confirming the purchase of the goods, are preserved within fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase of the goods.
13.3. Claims to the quality of the purchased Goods that arose after receipt and payment of the Goods are considered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Protection" and the warranty obligations of the Seller. In this regard, the purchase of Goods with delivery does not give the Buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased Goods for warranty service or replacement, and does not make it possible to carry out warranty service or replacement of Goods by visiting the Buyer.
13.2. The buyer has the right to return the goods of proper quality if they were not in use, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a document confirming the purchase of the goods, are preserved within fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase of the goods.

14.1.4. In case of refusal of the goods by the consumer, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer, no later than ten days after the date of the consumer's submission of the relevant claim.
14.2. To refund funds to a bank card, you must fill out an Application for a refund, which is sent by the company to the email address upon request, and send it along with a copy of the identity document to the address buke@bk.ru  ;
14.3. The refund will be made to the bank card within 3-7 business days from the date of receipt of the Application for a refund by the Company.
14.4. To refund funds for transactions carried out with errors, you must submit a written application and attach a copy of your identity document and receipts/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to buke@bk.ru
14.5. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for consideration of the Application and refund of funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days excluding holidays / weekends.
